При выполнении shutdown -p now за место выключения происходит перезагрузка.

Так же замечена проблема - после boot menu и загрузки acpi.ko (и перед Copyright (c) 1992-2010 The FreeBSD Project) сервер задумывается секунд на 30-40, после чего нормально загружает ядро и тд.

Вопрос - куда копать?
