Настройки ubuntu через web крайне ограниченны так как root запрещен, я глубого его не копал(cups который в ubuntu), но даже установив на root пароль, в web настройки устанавливать не дает.

На локальной машине все ок, и с удаленного хоста win тоже все печатает

Это не только samsung относится с hp такаяже картина только команды не те
