Удалил все правила из фаервола, относящиеся к портам настраиваемой игры, поставил клиент с офф. сайта - клиент норм. видит сервера в интернет и стучится норм. на офф. сайт.Запускаю сервер в двух режимах - с указанием локального ip и без:

В обоих случаях клиент не видит мой сервер.
Если мы выключим сервер и на его место поставим netcat слушать 27015 порт , то получим строку запроса от клиента:

Почему же сервер не отвечает?
