Имеется 7206VXR --E1--Watson4--Watson4--E1--Telrad
На cisco PA-VXA-1TE1
Проблема с передачей факсов.
После разборки обнаружились ошибки

#sh controllers e1 3/0
E1 3/0 is up.

про которые написано, что это они виноваты с факсовой бедой.

После вторичного прочтения доки по настройке контроллера
добавил команду
frame-clock-select 1 E1 3/0

Но после её установки

#sh frame-clocks
Priority 1 clock source: E1 3/0 input: Primary  UP
Priority 2 clock source: not configured input: none  
Priority 3 clock source: not configured input: none  
Priority 4 clock source: not configured input: none  
Current clock source:E1 3/0, input: Primary, priority: 1

данные результаты держатся секунд 10, а после
выдаётся

и команда

sh frame-clocks

Priority 4 clock source: not configured input: none  
Current clock source:Local oscillator, input: Internal, priority: 5
показывает что мы вернулись на прежнюю позицию.

Кто виноват  и что делать ?
