"Exim не получает письма."

Проблема следующая:
Имеется ASP Carbon и Exim.
1. Exim посылает письма, как локальным так и удаленным пользователям. А принимает только от локальных, в чем может быть дело????
2. Как связать Exim и Outlook Express?
